The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website or a customer of our vehicle rental services.
By accessing this website, requesting availability, submitting an application, or opting in to text messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Use of Our Website
The content of this website is for your general information and use only and is subject to change without notice. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. 2. Eligibility
By using this website, submitting a request, or opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Rental of a vehicle is subject to additional eligibility requirements, which may include a valid driver's license in your name, an active or eligible rideshare or delivery platform account, an acceptable driving history, a valid payment method, and insurance coverage that meets our requirements. Final eligibility and rental terms are confirmed with you before pickup.
3. Applications & Availability
Submitting a request or application through our website does not constitute a rental agreement or a guarantee of vehicle availability. Vehicle availability, weekly rates, terms, and included coverage are confirmed by our team in writing before pickup. A separate rental agreement will govern the actual rental of any vehicle.
4. Pricing & Payments
We do not publish rental rates online. Your weekly rate and any applicable deposit are confirmed in writing before pickup. Rentals are provided on a recurring weekly basis under a 30-day renewable term. Accepted payment methods may include credit and debit cards, digital wallets (such as CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay), bank transfer/ACH auto-pay, and cash paid in person by appointment. You are responsible for keeping payments current in accordance with your rental agreement.
5. Maintenance, Insurance & Roadside Assistance
Routine maintenance, standard fleet insurance, and roadside assistance may be included in your weekly rate as described in your rental agreement. Additional coverage options may be available and are discussed during approval. You are responsible for fuel, tolls, citations, and returning the vehicle in good condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
6. Text Message (SMS) Communications
By opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Insight Fleet Rentals regarding your requests, application status, rental confirmations, account updates, and—if you separately opt in—offers and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or rental.

7. Intellectual Property
